Left voicemail stating they had a client of mine on the phone and that they were "disappointed" no one answered because my NPI wasn't showing in their system. Sounded very scammy and makes no sense.

This caller is a scammer. Called me and claimed to be from my health plan and wanted to speak to my wife. To her the scammer said that we wanted to help you in your medical journey.
