They left a message saying they were from the Optum Care Connections Team and that they were working with my provider to make sure I got the best care possible and to call them back at 425-600-3748. They did not leave a contact name or their name or my name or my provider's name, and talked very fast as though they didn't want me to catch what they were saying.
