Claimed they were calling on behalf of Scotia Bank to give me $5000 coverage and an additional free $5000 for my spouse.. Went on and on about I truly dont know because it sounded like he was trying to speak inside a room of hundreds speaking loudly. Needed to confirm my personal information (LOLL) .. Listen, i've worked in many call centres. You should never hear all that background noise when a legitimate call centre is contacting you. Thats your first warning.
