Not spam. I believe this is a ligit Collection Agency used by the Ontario Court of Justice, at least for Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) tickets. I figured I'd pay mine when I go to renew my license plate, got a reminder from OCJ just before heading out on vacation (fine + $5). Forgot to pay it pay when I got back and shortly thereafter started to get these calls on my cell and house phone. Per the message, it was a collection agency, do thought it was spam, but on the day I went to pay the fine (went in person bc online indicated it went up by another $70+), I received a notification in the mail from the Collection Agency with the details and amount of the fine I had paid.
