Someone calling themselves Joshua Bouffier. Has a website saying he is a realtor from South Korea, written as if by a 10 year old and why is his last name French? I originally called him because he came up as the owner of a building whose property manager I was trying to reach. Odd call in which he implied I would never be rich because I was a renter. Hung up on me. Called me several months later and I told him about his previous insult which he denied, then apologized. A couple months later in April 2026, he called saying he was "Josh in San Francisco" and asked if I was still trying to buy a home. I said no and told him we had talked before. He replied, "Oh, I did?" This number is now blocked. Note he has a different contact number from an online search.

Called and asked if I owned a home on high street is san francisco, that is currently not for sale. I said no and he immediately hung up.
