Scammer called my cellphone immediately after I called my financial institution regarding a fraud alert. Coincidence? Does the scammer have a tap on my financial institution's fraud department customer service line? P.S. I don't know how the incoming call was initiated, nor what the scam is; I don't answer unrecognizable numbers.
