Recording told me to press 1 if I want to speak with a rep to reduce credit card debt & transfer my balances to a new card with low interest rate. I disconnected & blocked the number because I have zero debt since I pay my balances before the bill comes anytime I charge something. Could be telemarketer or could be spam or scam.
