Rocky (Rhakeem) is a Springfield, MA resident looking to buy, rehab & sell houses. Not a scam but the constant calling gets really annoying. He's obviously robo-dialing with a prerecorded message, otherwise you'd think he'd give up after, idk, the 30th call? The 50th?

This is a scam call from a fake person named Rocky who wants to know if you want to sell your house in the county you live in. I looked up 413-798-5068 and 413-412-8153 and they go to Family & Developments, LLC, https://www.fndproperties.com. There is no address on this site just a tel #, 413-351-0552 and an email, contact@fndproperties.com. The site hasn't been updated since 2020. https://www.facebook.com/FamilyDevLLC . https://www.instagram.com/family_dev_llc. According to the Massachusetts Secretary of State, FAMILY & DEVELOPMENTS MANAGEMENT LLC address is 9 ALLISON LANE SPRINGFIELD, MA 01129 USA, SOC SIGNATORY is AMANDA MARIE LAROSE.
