Baltimore County police said a telephone scam is going around that may show their precinct's phone numbers as the call-back number on the caller ID. Police at Precinct 8 in Parkville said they received a phone call from a confused man who said he was calling to discuss his "outstanding federal taxes owed to the Internal Revenue Service."
