Crank caller, old guy, calls all hours. Pathetic looser should have his pacifier taken away (phone) he would just cry and go away

I answered the phone (this call came to my business line) and there was loud music and someone screaming or crying hysterically -- I couldn't make out the words, at first I thought it was someone I knew and someone had died. The person sounded hysterical, either upset or angry, I couldn't tell because the music was so loud and I couldn't make out what they were saying. I said several times, "I can't understand you" and then finally the voice disappeared and it was just music. I asked several times who it was but it was just music and no voice anymore so I finally hung up. It was creepy and sort of scary.
