Same woman, same recording, complete with robot stating my name, keeps calling, a lot. Apparently I'm waiving my right to voluntary restitution. -Yup.- Even if it were legitimate, I'd still happily waive that right! It's rediculous. (The FCC says not to answer a call from a number you don't recognize. -There's a fun fact for anyone upset about getting sent to voice-mail)

Myself and My husband received same robo-call as noted in other comment. My husband called the number back (that's a while other story). Number claiming to be an attorney representing Wells Fargo trying to collect funds and claiming to be filing a civil suit against him. He has not had a Wells Fargo account in 15 years

Stated there was a complaint against (insert robotic voice saying my name). If I didn't call the 404 number back it would be assumed I was waiving my right to give voluntary restitution. Basically said if I didn't call back they would continue taking action against me. No idea what action, what complaint, what category of who knows that I supposedly am involved with. I really hope their action involves them learning how to get a real job.
