They harvest your data to sell to spammers. They immediately hung up as soon as I answered. According to the BBB, they are "marketing consultants" and have 31 complaints in 3 years, 14 in the last 12 months. One of the complaints talks about buying lists from them -- SO THEY SELL YOUR INFORMATION TO WHOEVER HAS THE MONEY. Blocked.

ID says Axle Data. They ask about business info for “car navigation”. Asks for employee names. This info is then given to other telemarketers. Do not answer!
