Call from Chase at number above. Offered to resell RCI membership time slots that I had to pay for first. When I requested a referral from RCI & Wyndham, he said he could not provide. We agreed to end the call at that point. This is a scam.

This number claimed to have updates on my RCI membership, but when I called back they were not affiliated with RCI at all. They claim to be a third party broker called Vacations Universal, designed to connect RCI owners with non-RCI owners who want access to their Getaway Weeks. Long story short… it’s a scam. They claim to have 15+ years of experience brokering vacation weeks, but their website archive only goes back to June 1, 2024, their business address is a glorified coffee shop that opened in February 2024, and they ask you to pay $400 to reserve a Getaway Week in a stranger’s name before receiving any kind of payment. I’m sure there are legitimate vacation brokers out there, but this isn’t one of them.
