This is a collection agency: Portfolio Financial Recovery, attempting to make contact on a debt collection. They also use the phone number: 360-940-2328. I’ve never had anyone speak or be on the line when I answer. I’ve called back and reached a recorded message indicating the name of the company and that it’s recorded line and for debt collection purposes. I hung up before anyone came on the line.
