Received an automated call which stated my name. Told me to press 1… instead of pressing 1 I actually called back thinking if it was legitimate that the business would be listed when I called. Instead a woman answered, immediately asked if it was me by name. Stated the last 4 of my social and asked me to confirm. I kept asking what this was in regards to, she said a “legal claim”. When I asked what that meant she refused to answer until I would confirm my social. She got an attitude and began speaking over me, so I hung up the phone. This seems like a scam.

They said that I will experience a lot of financial problems if I didn't call that it was the last time they'd call to collect a debt. Well I don't have any debts. My FICO score is excellent. Remember that debt collectors always send you a bill not make phone calls It's a scam
