Called for a Ms. Smith. I am a Mr. Smith. Didn't say why, but wanted to talk specifically with a Ms. Good change its legit but cant find number online, which is illogical for healthcare to not have visibility on numbers used. (or at least route external calls in a way where it appears as the main number..no reason to not do that if their ISP/IT has any clue what they are doing what so ever). So..possibly legit..possibly scamming....but I'm going with trying to get "Ms. Smith" to be "rewarded" with something such as a service that they are pushing, I'm sure to increase their profits from a specific offering they are focusing on...
