No company name. Just a case number and urgent message to call. wasn't even for me but my ex-, so I know they are just combing the data broker website.

This number keeps calling my family members and friends leaving messages with the number 351-837-0407 to call back with a reference number. They call from local numbers and every time one is blocked they call from another one. I called the number back and it rang over 20 times before I hung up. 5 minutes later I get a call back from another local number that goes right to junk. This caller is leaving the same message that is clearly a recording because it is the exact same on everyones voicemail. They are not even using my correct legal name. This is a scam. Beware, they like to use scare tactics to say that they will have you arrested and that someone will show up at your door if you dont pay. I called my local police department and they said that they would never show up to arrest someone like that. They encouraged me to tell them that I would turn myself in at the local PD that I was about to drive in now. When I did that the next call. They hung up.

Unknown if I owe this debt. lady has called my elderly sick dad threatning to have me served and arrested. I called and it rang 15 times until a lady answered. No answering service no detail of who was calling me. Said I had a debt from 2018 and I was getting ready to have 2 charges filed against me. 1. for failure to pay debt and 2. Credit card Fraud. I explain to the lady I don't remember a card from 6 yrs ago, can she please send me something stated what I owe and verify my debt. She said she didn't have the info and just sent me a letter demanding payment or i will be sent to Chex Systems (yes 2 words I googles it and it was one word) freezing my bank accounts. Chexsystems don't freeze bank accounts unless you have written bad checks. This lady said they were filing on me on Oct 24, 2024 at 2pm. I again asked her for verification of debit to which I got no answer. I have googled the name its a ligit name wrong address and from 2 different numbers.

I receive a call stating that I owe for a ''PAYDAY LOAN'' I told the lady I have never taken out a payday loan. She transfer me to this guy Alto and he started harrassing me stating I owe over $3,000 that I can settle it today for $1320.00. He then stated he will have my bank freeze. Here are the phone numbers they call me 774-251-9768 - 973-250-7510 -351-837-0407. The guy Alto ended up hanging up on me, because I think he knew that I caught on to him. I ended up blocking the numbers and reported it as a scam.
