Neither my husband or myself has an account with Premier Bank. I get an automated introduction when I call the number back and the name given is not Premier Bank. The representative kept insisting I identify myself by providing a social security number and birthday. Ma'am, your caller ID doesn't even match the recorded name. That's mad suspicious. I hung up.
