I was called and did the survey. I was supposed to have received free points for the survey.. it was from the same number, which is in Houston, but the lady who did it didn’t sound American, and she said she was in Georgia. So I did the survey then I was asked to listen to a pitch for IHG hotels. The caller, David Lee and his supervisor Joe kept telling me to give them my credit card number so I could qualify for this deal. They said they sent an email to me but I never ever got one. They kept pressuring me to give over my credit card number. If I had gotten an email from them I would have gone for the deal…. Oh and they knew my email address and they knew my IHG number.

Saying i am a IHG rewards member and she is calling for a quick 60 second survey, i said no thank you and hung up. Person did not even explain the reason for the survey wanted to start the survey right away.

They wanted me to do a quick survey for being a valued IHG rewards member, something about an island vacation. I told them I didn't have time and hung up. I'm not sure if it actually was a legit off from IHG or if it was a scam but I didn't want to waste time finding out.
