I meant to say they said 1hr guarantee or money back not 2hrs. I was correct saying it had been over an hour when we Reached out to them. And I forgot to add that when we reached out to them after that hour of waiting, they said they could put us on for a first thing in the morning appt the next day because that type of truck needed was not available or it would cost more to get one out there. That's when we drove the flat tire to the ground level parking lot. But had we not called and found this out we would have sat there for hours and hours not knowing because they didn't call us to tell us anything. We called them.

This number is to a supposed towing company. They took our money after calling for a tow for a flat tire and even after they increased the price on us. They said 2hr guaranteed or money back. Well it was over 1hr when we called them and they say it's going to be a special truck needed because we were in a parking structure on the 5th floor and she doesn't have a special truck. We agreed to try to get the car out of the parking garage because they were going to want more money and we already paid 269. So my boyfriend slowly gets the car to the ground level parking lot another 2 hrs passed. He called and cancelled because we got another tow company to come and they were there very quickly. She then sends us a text stating rhat they will only charge the $39 service fee and the remaining $230 will be waived. Asked us to reply with the word agree and we did and then I see they charged my card for $285.14. That's the $269 plus an additional $16.14. Definitely not the $39 they agreed to. I said I'm skipping th3 back and forth and I disputed the transaction. I could have went for the full amount but I agreed to the $39 so I left it there. The remaining amount for $230 +$16.14 =$246.14 was to be refunded. They refunded the $230 only. The $39 was for service and fees so I want rear other money back k ans I can't get it because they are saying credit card charge fees. BS!!!! I will still fight til I get it and the amount is small but it's the whole concept that they are liars. No tow truck, didn't initiate the refund on their own and charged extra. That's all red flags of a scammer. Don't do it y'all.

This number belongs to national roadside or road rescue. Depending on what they say that week. Don’t use them! They charge 50-150% more than what the tow guy is coming out to do it for to start with. Don’t use them!!!
