Recording saying fraudulent use of my SS number and I needed to call back or legal proceedings would be started.

The world's sl-o-o-west talking robot, female voice, starts mid-message because scammers don't know to wait for the beep: "...from our department is to inform you that there's a legal enforcement action filed on your Social Security Number for fraudulent activity dot so when you get this message...kindly call back at the earliest possible on our number before we begin with the legal proceedings that is 346 347 7588. I repeat 346 347 7588." It took the robot 47 SECONDS to say that 22-second message (I timed myself). And, yes, it did say "dot" when it reached the period after the word "activity." Whoever typed in the speech probably left out the space after the period, so the robot was reading "...fraudulent activity.so when you get...". Wow, these guys are amateurish. It's a scam, of course. Do NOT call that number back, and do not worry. If the Social Security Administration wanted to get in touch with you they would send a letter (most likely) or a human would call (very rarely). They for sure wouldn't have a robot leave you a message about fraudulent activity, because the SSA is not an enforcement agency.

Caller left a poorly recorded scam message claiming it was Social Security. They requested a call back. Blocked telephone number.
