Not a SCAM. This is a .GOV line providing CODES directly to mobile phones every time a person sign in into his/her online government account, to look for services like passport renewal, tax filing, social security benefits, and any other US GOV service.

This is not scam. It is SAM.gov giving the OTP for the phone number they have on file.

Did not pick-up. Synthesized male voice message left reciting passcode numbers and stating that it expires in 20 minutes. No info as to what the passcode is for.
