My Roku didn't let me download an app and a number came up on the screen to call, I did and they said I needed to pay $150.00 to keep my Roku for life. I paid!!

They claim to be a representative from Amazon prime stating that you canceled your account and they want to get your Roku TV and account set back up. I don’t have a problem with Amazon prime this is a scam.
