filthy scammer saying I applied for a loan. I have not.

Called and said that I needed to resolve a current matter before they approve filing a claim against me in the county where I live. They did not leave a company name or a description of what the claim against me is. When I called the number back there was a recording that said the number has been reported as being involved in a scam and to hang up to avoid any issues.

Just got a call from 3322952446 about a "last warning before filing charges against u and freezing up all of your assets". I remember getting a call with the exact same recorded "male" message on voicemail about 2 months ago. No information was left to help identify which "issue(s)" were mentioned.
