Received one call that didn't get flagged as scam by my call checking app, the lady on the phone was actually really nice and polite and spoke to me about Spectrum ACP program. Unfortunately for them, Spectrum is not provided in my area nor was I interested in switching.

This number has been calling me nonstop for days. I finally answered and the person asked to speak to me (by first name) then hung up when I responded. I called them and it went to Charter Communications.
