Was a lady on the other end with a thick accent. Said she was from Chase and had an offer to lower my mortgage rate. I said I was fine with my current rate. She said they have mailed a letter regarding it. I said thanks and hung up.

Roderick from "Chase Home Living" called saying that I allegedly was searching Mortage information online about Chase and that they "have to call people who are researching home mortgages on their website". He then asked me if I was looking to buy a house and if he could answer any questions for me. I responded and said "well if you work at Chase, doesn't that mean that you would have access to my account?" he said yes and I responded "well, if you really worked at Chase and had access to my account then you would know that I just bought a house and already have a mortgage with Chase, wouldn't you?" and hung up.
