This message was delivered straight to voicemail. I checked my call log to block the number, but I never actually received an actual phone call. However, the message says "I didn't expect to reach your voicemail, so I apologize for that...."

I didn't expect to get your voicemail, so I apologize for that but the reason why I'm calling is that I have a pending legal matter that's being tied directly to your social and also to your ID Me account. The paperwork actually says that I need either you or responsible adult from your residence to give me a call back. The holidays are actually coming up soon (what holidays are in March??) so I want to give you an opportunity to make your statement for the record. Or I will be forced to sign on your behalf. I'm actually really concerned about your privacy regarding this pending legal matter. So when you get this message, give me a call as soo as possible so I'll be able to explain everything in detail. I'm actually stepping out for a 30 minute lunch but should be back when you call. Just call the office back and ask for Ryan Weber. Doesn't identify who he's looking for or what office he works for. Some Payday Loan collector but I know that I never took out a payday loan from the date they are saying and it is over 8 years ago from the date they quoted.

Claimed that I had an outstanding balance of $8000. Says to resolve with a payment before taking legal action. When asked about a docket or a case number, they said they will mail me my information to an address that I don't live in. They asked for my address and of course I said no I told them it didn't sound right because all debt collectors has a case number and those with legal matters have a docket number.
