This is the first time someone was actually on the other end of the line when I answered. They normally have a robot message putting me directly on hold, then it hangs up on me. I will receive NUMEROUS calls per day and month. To save others the undue agitation of receiving what seems to be prank phone calls while trying to work, just block the number and call Aultman to set up a payment plan. That's all they want...even if they're accepting your payments every month, the need a verbal agreement for a payment plan. My though is that if they need this. Maybe they should actually talk to the person when they answer. That would seem logical to me. However, they choose to harass their patients with calls that they won't even talk to you on. Give me a break...

Debt Collector

The number will call me multiple times a day. When I answer, a pre-recorded robot message tells me they need to put me on hold. Then it hangs up on me. When I call the number I always get a busy signal.
