They claimed to be Christine with "Horizon Tax Solutions" (their website is basically a single empty page, shady) and that they noticed something with my account (don't have an account with them) and that there were issues with my tax filings. They offered to help me get my tax situation sorted out, and wanted me to call them back at (202)-595-8467.
