Call showed 'Kaiser Permanente' so I picked up. They made me think that someone had stolen my identity and gotten a medical insurance under my name. While they were on call with me, they said they could connect me to FTC and police directly (first red flag). I asked for some written communication like email or usps mail, but they never sent it. This is when I hung up.
