They called me a few weeks ago and I answered, they claim that they have purchased a debt of mine, and that they need to set up a payment arrangement. I informed them that I needed proof of said debt and needed something in writing, and that if in fact I owe I debt I will pay. Currently unemployed so cannot set up a payment plan, especially when I have no proof that there is indeed a debt that is mine. VERY broken english, was told that they were not after money that day just trying to set up a payment plan for alleged debt.I again told the guy that due to no paperwork in hand from them, and no job I was not comitting to a payment plan. Then he switched over to well can you give me 20 dollars today and I reminded him that earlier in our conversation that he said that he was not seeking any kind of payment today, and again, I am not paying anything without something in writing. He then said well since you refuse to give me money you have to speak to my supervisor. I hung up. I am now getting calls from this number at all times of the day and night, as well as weekends. I have quit answering. I still have not received anything in the mail regarding alleged debt.

Always calling early mornings or late afternoon/evenings. Rarely leaves a message, but when they do, it's with an extremely thick accent asking for someone else. Never provides any info about who they work for or what it's regarding. I only know they are Midland Credit because of Google and Robokiller. Soooo annoying!
