Do not fall for this!!! I just booked with Hotwire and then within a few minutes I get a call from Devon with Hotwire saying he will cancel if I don’t answer! That is unrealistic! I called Hotwire and they said they did no call! SCAM!!

Received a call from Sam asking about a flight I had booked. I hadn't booked anything, so I checked my bank statement and sure enough, I had an unauthorized charge I wasn't aware of yet. Was told they'd cancel it on their end. Very grateful for their team and dedication.

Called me after someone attempted an unauthorised transaction with my bank card that the bank blocked. Knew my card number and name and said someone just tried to book a hotel with them. This was the scammers who had my card details and they would likely have tried to get me to authorise a transaction. Instantly cancelled my card and anyone they call should do the same

Called saying they were with hotels.com. Said they would call back in a few minutes. I book a lot with Expedia and never had calls like this. In this case, I booked a hotel using the Chase website for a coworker. So I don't know how they have my information and I haven't done anything with hotels.com. I'm assuming somebody is selling the information.

Got a phone call at 11:00pm who’s from expedia (mumbling all the time) asking my name and my husband’s name if I know this person which I have not put his name on expedia flight booking. Overall, I was asking the person how come making a phone call at 11:00pm??? Had no idea what she was saying cause she was mumbling. She hang up and I’ve got blocked by this scammer lol.
