Called my spouse saying they were trying to reach me about an alert in regards to scheduling some annual appointments. Asked if I needed assistance doing so, if I had transportation, all the things. Knew my primary care doctors name, location, and my personal info on my account. When I called them back it had the anthem automated call thing but put me straight through to someone.

Left a voicemail saying they had important information about my health coverage. Nothing about it on the website, no emails. Phone marked caller as "Spam Risk" automatically.

When you call back it says it's BCBS. I spoke to someone directly and they claimed I have a health alert and knew my full name. They even said they could provide an ID number for themselves. I said I'd prefer to call the number on my card and she assured me to do that. I called member services and they were completely unaware of a "health alert" on my account and had no record of an agent trying to reach out. Scam.

They keep calling and leaving a message to have me call them back. I answered and they HUNG UP. Disrespectful to call someone and expect them to call you back.
