This number calls repeatedly, often several times a day. It has called our number periodically over the years. It says to be from El Dorado Prison in Kansas and asks if you want to accept a call. We do not answer such phone calls. After many annoying calls, from very early in the morning and including weekends I sent a note to El Dorado Prison asking why this number keeps calling. the Public Information officer responded saying they did not believe it originated in their facility and that it was a scam She gave me this link showing it was reported to be a scam. https://directory.youmail.com/directory/phone/3163134540.
