My experience is almost identical to the previous victim. Whoever is responsible for these scam/spam calls uses phone number spoofing so every time they call I get a different number on Caller ID. That makes them impossible to block. Caller ID displays numbers that begin with 833, 844, 855, 877, but the number in the voicemail is also different - usually with an area code in the NY - NJ area. I have reported them to the FTC. I have been on the FTC Do Not Call List since 2003.
