Well, this wasn't a robocall. It was a human being on the other end. A belligerent man with a very, very thick foreign accent demanded several times that I identify myself. I could barely understand a word he said. He said that this was "a personal business matter," whatever that may mean. He would not tell me who he was. I felt alarmed and threatened. I hung up on him and blocked the number.
