Threat of mediation process and legal action, no company name stated on phone call.

Definitely a scam. Man calling people I know to get ahold of me. I call and he refuses to tell me for what and claims he is a mediator. I asked over and over what it was for, as I know for a fact I am not past due on anything. He kept talking over me reading his script. All the while refusing to tell me what the matter was supposedly about. Then the said mediator, says, you are going to court and proceeds to hang up on me. Ok. Called saying I was in litigation for a MasterCard with a company from 2022 for over $5k I have never had a MC they called my mother’s phone number first. I called the number back and yelled at him as he wouldn’t give me info I asked for he would not let me ask questions and continued to talk over me. Said line was being recorded and the judge would hear the call. I said good. Called this Fraud and he continued to talk over me and finally line was disconnected…. This is fraud do not give them any info…

They are calling in attempted intimidating voices and leave voicemails for my ex hemorrhoid I mean husband divorced in 2002. 23 years later they are calling me. I haven’t had his last name since divorce but I have had MY number longer than that. I left them a less than nice message back saying to stop calling and that I have no f *cking idea where he is or how to reach him
