The caller asked for my name, date of birth, and address, claiming to represent CountyCare. I contacted the official number for CountyCare Lighthouse which was listed on the caller ID and i asked them if (312) 896-0052 was a number they were familiar with. They confirmed that it is not affiliated with their organization. This strongly suggests the number is suspicious. Do not share any personal information with this caller.

Called me, and immediately a robot teleprompt spoke as as if i was on hold calling them. Then asked for my feedback afterwards. Came off as scammy. No announcement to who I was on hold for, or who the company was. After waiting out the menu prompt, phone on mute, the robot claimed my feedback had been recieved, when I offered none. Called number back afterwards, and it claimed to be County Care insurance, which is a legitimate organization, but this call came off as fraudulent and scammy/spammy. Maybe someone faking the caller id to reroute to a legitimate government agency?

Really weird, when I answered he was on hold like if I had called him, and I was waiting in line to get the phone answered.

Started asking for my information, so he can verify it was me. Yet, he called me, I did not call him asking for any services. He was going to ask me questions and inform me of the services they provided, why would he need my personal data to provide me with random information.
