This company called asking questions about my daughter's health. When I told them I didn't feel comfortable giving that to an agency that literally has every medical record of hers, the woman said she works for a third party BFF Health. I told her I didn't sign up for a BFF Health. She said, "Have a nice day." They call every day. They are not BCBS, they are BFF Health and I didn't authorize any release of my I formation or my daughter's. Scam

I have 3 kids that I needed to change to Blue Cross Shield Medicaid whatever, we were always meridian and they left me the hell alone. This new standard is to call everyday and then NOT leave me a message, I don’t answer to people that don’t leave a voice mail. ANYWAYS for my first kid I was like f it, they’ve called me every day I’m going to get it over with, they had me on the phone for 10 minutes and I refused information about the Covid jab and flu shots and wellness check up calls and what else they wanted from me. When they asked why I refusing all this helps I simply said “well honestly, meridian left me the hell alone, I didn’t have them calling me every day and reminding me of services I knew of or didn’t need.” They left me alone for a few days but now are using this number and texting me. I’m about to change my number and tell them I don’t need this extra shit. Jeeezus.

• The call was not fraud. • The phone number belong to Best Foot Forward. • As part of your enrollment in Medicaid, the State of Illinois wants us to call you for the Health Screening. • Blue Cross Community Health Plan use Best Foot Forward a phone based “Health Screening” to help us do that.

I'm not sure what their ultimate goal is, but this is a TOTAL SCAM! This agent immediately told me this was an important call regarding my health insurance. Red flag went up as soon as he said he was calling from Blue Cross Community Health. Is there even such a thing? Gosh that's awful close to Blue Cross Blue Shield if someone weren't paying close attention! He wanted to confirm my first and last name and I told him I don't have Blue Cross Community Health and then he throws out a first name "they have in their records" and asks if that's my guardian or mom and I said no (it was my sister). I repeated I don't have this insurance, so I don't know what he's talking about and he said it had to do with my medicaid. I'm not even on medicaid! I was too sharp for him and he said they will update their records because he knew he wasn't going to get any info from me. This organization should be reported

The agent doesn’t feel professional, and asks 100 questions about health. When I refused to answer he said “you know what have a nice day i’ve had enough”. Very fishy

They call every day,had to block them.they want to ask 200 questions about your health..is it to determine to drop your insurance or to be invasive? It all sounds fishy to me.be cautious.

Apparently Medicaid agents under BCBS-IL are offering care coordination for state medical-insurance recipients; scammers can target recipients through public records. Downright odd phone-call with racket in the background while "the agent" does "his or her" (to avoid doxxing [REDACTED] in the event "some" legitimate company are nothing more than sub-optimal) best to get me to answer weird surveys while I do my best to determine whether or not I'm speaking with a legitimate company pertaining to my medical insurance. Somewhat nerve-racking considering my circumstances. I say "This is too much over the phone right now, how about you mail/email the information please" and they say "how about I hang up [EXPLETIVE]..." The "agent" is very polite at first before losing his patience at the mere request for mail, Medicaid agents don't lose their patience in their line of work where patients are already unable to meet societal normal standards, especially when those patients are being polite while doing their best to keep up. Only sick cowards scour public records to predate who they presume to be "weak Medicaid recipients..."
