Somehow leaves message without the phone ringing, even when not blocked (I hate when that happens and it should not be allowed to happen). The message is mysterious , saying to call the "number on your caller id" to stop further action on "this notice." Doesn't say a company, if money is supposedly owed or anything that would be identifying information. Just another scammer
