I keep telling them I want a refund for the Barcelona cruise THEY CANCELLED, and instead they want to penalize me financially for their cancellation or offer my some future cruise credit instead of refunding my money. They promised the refund weeks ago and it still hasn't happened. Don't they know people are out of work and need money?
