It’s a call center number based in India using this number claiming to represent the United Healthcare Advantage beneficiary for House Call Program. The caller claimed that she was the admin for healthcare to have some medical practitioner come to your house for health checking and introducing of preventive care. She asked all the personal information and setup appointment for the visit, 10 am -2 pm on a certain date. Guess what? The date and time is the time you get served from debt collector because I have credit card debt. I was wondering whether this is the scam from the beginning. It was the 3054231809 is a trapping number to verify your address, then sent to the debt collector later. The content is true that the United Healthcare has the program, but they will never call you. It’s you who have to call them to get the benefit. I arranged not to be home by the date and time and have someone pretending to be me, my friend, who got served on behalf of me. Also this number 3054231809 will never leave a message. I happened to pickup the call accidently and manged to get away with it. Don’t answer this number!
