Nobody on the line when I answered the phone -- just got a dial tone. If this IS Comenity Bank (and some guy in a chat window in some consumer law firm website claimed that it was) I think I can manage to deal with them on my own. (Comenity might WISH I had hired the law firm by the time *I* get done with them....)
