Number popped up as paypal Inc and it said that it was google verified. When I answered the man asked to speak with (my name) and then proceeded to say that my paypal account has the green light for funding and that he would send me an email with a link that would take me to a form to fill out to see how how much I qualify for and that it would only take 2 - 3 minutes of my time. He never asked for any personal info, not even an email address.
