Got a text message from this number, again "Adam from MPV". Very little details, but wants to acquire a property... It's not even a property I've ever been associated with.

Text message saying they want to buy my house. This is an unsolicited offer. Have no intention of selling. Multiple texts from this company(?) using different names and phone numbers.

This actually looked to be a legitimate text message. The person identify themselves as Adam from MPV and indicated they were interested in making an offer on my home. They also listed my home address, which was correct. Although my home is not currently up for sale and I have no interest in selling it, I just wanted to point out that I do not believe this is a scam but a real person from a real company that is just out there contacting people seeing if they’re interested in selling their home. It would be nice if they gave a link to their website or maybe an extra paragraph with a little bit of additional information about their company, but it was a simple and direct text. I chose not to respond but again it does not seem to be a scam just a regular person trying to make a couple bucks by flipping a house. Nothing wrong with that I guess.
