It's a hell of harassment all the time with unknown numbers from marketer I guess.

Said she was with a general contractor working in my area doing home improvements. I asked how she got my number, she said from my HOA. Kinda funny to me, especially since I do not have an HOA. Then she asked where I live and to confirm my name. I've never lived where she said, I kept trying to talk to her to get info and she just kept telling me she would take me off of her list, and she finally hung up on me. I know she's just "doing her job" but some of those jobs are scams just like the call.

as soon as you answer they hang up. must be spam or an employee trying to meet a quota for the number of calls made.
