They called using my first name but the wrong last name of lines saying they were going to take legal action without my input against me which isn't allowed legally anyway lol I think this one is a scammer

Caller pretended to have some legal proceed. Tried to sound official gave reference number. Called me not by my legal name. Red flag #1. Red flag #2 left a different number as a callback. Red flag #3 legal proceedings commence when you're served paperwork, not via phone call from a spoofed number.
