Mr Fulton call my phone threatening me to pay a outstanding payday loan and said adjustment was set against me I was never subpoenaed to appear in any court also said that my license was suspended I also called the city of Houston to verify if my license was suspended and they was not. Trying to get a large amount of money out of me after the amnesty period for payday loans in Texas is 4 years this loan was taken out in 2019, Don't remember the month I was with my son since November 2018 all the way up into February 2019 before he passed away in June 2019, I am tired of these debt collectors that say they are from a law firm threatening me with going to jail for a felony fraud which is not the case I have never committed fraud and never will I just did not pay the payday loan, I had funeral arrangements to make and I live on a supplemental income I am retired for mental illness

This number keeps calling and leaving voicemails. My phone never rings and they do not show in my call log. I finally called the number back and let them know the person they are looking for is not at my number. The voicemail with no call log information was fishy to me so I decided to look up the number. SCAM!

Supposed debt collector from victoria matterson (if you google, they pulled this name from a lawyer group in the UK) saying legal documents have been returned. I get these calls all the time. Noone has info, ways to get documents to me…threaten me with the police. It is a scam. Tell them you are calling the police.

I got two phone messages from them saying something about "this is the last call you will be receiving about legal documents that have been returned to us, etc"...I was given a name, "Victoria Masterson"- 281 864 3799...And to return the call...It sounded fishy-thanks for the heads up.
