I'm tired of calls so I answered. It was a very rude lady named Linda. She indicated same as above, "multiple attempts have been made trying to locate you and you have been uncooperative," no one has called or shown up. When I asked for information to be mailed she told me it could only be emailed. Which is incorrect, when a request for documents be sent to confirm they must provide. She then said I had till tomorrow to call back and make payment for something that was cleared over 15 years ago.

This is the message I got on my voicemail she didn’t say my last name seemed unprofessional if you ask me. This is Linda Baldwin. Um, I'm calling for Kimberly. Uh Kimberly again this is Linda Baldwin with seated locators. I'm calling due to unsuccessful attempts. Our efforts has been exhausted and there's a, uh look like um, there's an enforcement action pending against you. Uh call me back when you get a moment. This was Linda Baldwin area code 281. 80-9817.

i got this identical message as above. Seems scammy. They didn't leave a name of who they were trying to reach our any details. I tried to call back and just got hold music forever. "This is Lisa Huber. Civil attempts have been made trying to contact you regarding a very important legal manner that is attached to your social directly. This is our final attempt to deliver these legal documents before a decision is made on your behalf out of your local jurisdiction, meaning there will be a involuntary default judgment placed against you. If we do not hear from you, please contact us directly today at 281-800-9817. Thank you and good luck."
