100% scam and illegal under FDCPA. If they call you, get their mailing address and phone numbers, find a local debt collection attorney, and then share this info. It will be an automatic ~$5,000 default judgment against this scam "lawyfirm" in your favor. They can be fined for each phone call, text, and any messages they send to people you know. Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) - This federal law prohibits debt collectors from using abusive, unfair, or deceptive practices. Attempting to collect a discharged debt violates this law.

ALL ARRANGEMENTS HAS BEEN REVOKED! YOU OR YOUR ATTORNEY CAN CONTACT US AT (281) 204-2665 FOR MORE INFO. I did not respond! I investigated from a land line. It's a scam. I blocked & deleted both #'s & so should you! Never call them back from you real number! Never give them info. Block them.

I also received today 2/7 the same exact message , I actually reached out to a lawyer and he advised me it is a scam . The level these ppl will stoop to . Just add both numbers 713-379–5107 and 281-204-2665 to your contact , block both numbers then delete them .

CONTACT SUPPORT FOR HELP! (281) 204-2665. When I called they stated I missed a court date and have another one in 2 days. Tried really hard for me to speak to a "lawyer". Total scam!

A woman called and asked if I received a letter to appear in court. I stated no and never have. She then said well you failed to appear and missed court. You will have to pay a fine or go to jail. Hung up.

ID IS REQUIRED TO ENSURE PROPER SERVICE AT YOUR HOME OR PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. CONTACT SUPPORT FOR HELP! (281)204-2665 That's my ex-husband - been divorced for 20 years and we no longer live in the same state. Text says it was sent from (719) 379-5107. A cursory search put that number in Spring, TX (a woman) and nearby Houston, TX (a public defender's office). Neither of us live in Texas. I also read that a similar scam has calls that will go to relatives in hopes that someone will call back.
